Our commitment to making this portal usable by everyone.
Last updated: Jun 18, 2026
The Provincial Municipality of Huaylas works to make this portal accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their technical, cognitive or physical abilities, and to guarantee access to information for people with disabilities.
This statement is framed by Law No. 29973, the General Law on Persons with Disabilities, and its regulations (Supreme Decree No. 002-2014-MIMP); by Law No. 28530, which promotes Internet access for persons with disabilities; and by the Regulations of the Digital Government Law (Supreme Decree No. 029-2021-PCM). As a technical reference we adopt the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, embodied in the Peruvian Technical Standard NTP-ISO/IEC 40500.
The site is designed to target WCAG 2.1 level AA. It is currently considered partially conformant: most content complies, but some elements may not meet every criterion; we work continuously to fix them.
Despite our efforts, limitations may remain: third-party content embedded or linked (maps, social networks) whose accessibility we do not control, older documents or images without a full description, and the English translation still being completed. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know.
If you have difficulty accessing any content or wish to suggest an improvement, write to [email protected] or call (+51) 43 391029. Tell us the page and the problem found; we will respond and look for an alternative way to provide you with the information.
If you believe your right to access information has not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Municipality through its support channels and, where applicable, with the National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (CONADIS).
We review and update this statement periodically. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the document.
