The emblematic Manjar Blanco Festival returns with tastings, baking contests and the participation of the city's oldest sweet shops.
Over the weekend, the Plaza de Armas fills with stalls offering cuarteados, chirimoya sweets and, of course, the famous handmade manjar blanco.
